Carriage charges are not included in the prices quoted unless stated. We charge a maximum of  £20 for  (delivery is usually 48 hrs ) this amount will be added to your bill .(you will receive a VAT invoice from ourselves with your goods). ALL QUOTED CARRIAGE CHARGES ARE FOR STANDARD UK MAINLAND

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept lability for deliveries made outside this timescale.  This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers.  We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it WITHIN 7 DAYS it must be complete, unused and with all its orginal packing. carriage charges cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty/incorrect and are new items, not seconds.we cannot make any exceptions to these terms.(special order items cannot be returned, in general this applies to awnings). please contact us after 7 days if you have paid by debit/credit card we amy at times supply a product of equal or better quaility if the product ordered is not available. if you do not wish us to do this please specify this on your order

To give you the correct price for your awning,we need to know some information. We need the measurement from ground to ground of your awning track. This is easily done by placing a piece of string in the awning track, starting on the ground, going all around the track back to the ground,following the route the awning will take. You then just need to measure the string.
When you have this measurement, just look at the 'your awning' drop down list to obtain the price awning prices include delivery.

All new goods have a standard manufacturers guarantee  for details of length of guarantee on any individual item please contact us on 0151 6050770. typically guarantees are for 12 months.they do not cover items for damage, we suggest that you insure items for this.

All guarantees are 'return to base ' guarantees and the Goods must be returned to us when making a claim under guarantee. we will replace or repair the item subject to a valid claim.

items sold as 'seconds' , by the nature of the item are sold as faulty and are not covered by the manufacturers guarantee , but we will guarantee them against leaking on the flysheet material for 3 months.

All guarantees start from the date of purchase, NOT from first use of the item.Claims for missing parts or damaged on arrival parts must be made within 7 days. We cannot accept claims of this nature after 7 days

Goods can not be delivered until payment has been received in full.For cheque payments please allow 10 working days for clearance.Payments by debit/credit card are not taken until goods are sent

All items are subject to stock availability.

If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you.  Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so.
